The Brief
Prepare a complete visual package for a vacant 18th-floor listing at a Class A Midtown tower. Broker needed 50+ stills within 72 hours of shoot.
Lighting Challenge
South-facing exposure created harsh afternoon shadows across the open floor. We scheduled the shoot window for 7–10 AM to catch the soft diffused light before direct sun entered.

Rebrand visual assets for a growing coworking space repositioning from budget-flex to premium-destination. New photography needed to support a redesigned website and paid social campaign.
Lighting Challenge
Mixed-source lighting — industrial pendants, exposed brick, and large north-facing skylights — required a custom white-balance workflow and careful flash placement to avoid color casts.

Full visual package for a newly completed mixed-use campus: three interconnected towers, a ground-floor retail arcade, landscaped courtyards, and a rooftop amenity deck. Assets needed for investor decks, leasing brochures, and the project website.
Lighting Challenge
FAA Part 107 airspace coordination for drone work above a major infrastructure corridor. Ground-level scheduling required coordinating with building management across three separate towers, each with different access windows.
